- Influenced by masters of their craft, such as Rembrandt, Da Vinci, Rubens, and Vermeer, I continually strive to obtain a higher level of proficiency in portraiture and other forms of painting. Dabbling in impressionism and non-representational works, I always returned to my love of realism. My work is a hybrid of contemporary and classical realist painting.
